Be You Consultancy & Coaching provides support services to sole traders and SMEs through coaching & mentoring, HR services, motivational mapping and development training.
The challenge
I was inspired through the Covid-19 pandemic when I saw entrepreneurs across the UK stand up and support the economy whilst larger businesses struggled to redirect their services quickly. I had always wanted to become more involved in the local community and wanted to make a difference but had not yet found that opportunity.
I needed support to start the business and to understand what infrastructure was required – I needed trusted guidance from experts to help me find my feet.
The result – how the programme helped
The programme enabled me to set a clear vision, in terms of my clients, pricing strategy and marketing. It also empowered me to approach other new businesses so that we could work together to find solutions.
Following the programme there has been an increase in customers, and its also helped me to grow my confidence in my own abilities. I’ve been nominated as a finalist for Peterborough’s Small Business Awards 2023!
