The challenge – what inspired your venture
As it is said, we eat with our eyes first! I was browsing through Pinterest and came across beautiful graze boxes that are popular in Australia and USA. We were in the middle of the pandemic and I wanted to resume my business venture which I had closed for a few years. There was a clear gap in this market segment in and around Peterborough.
The Bread Pan kicked off in August 2020, and it only took a few months to start to get busy. After a huge success with the graze boxes first, I then launched graze platters and graze tables. However, with success came further challenges – including sourcing, customer communication, marketing, planning, book keeping, creating and delivering, and so I was looking for support and advice to move forward.
The result – how the programme helped
The Grow Your Business programme helped us define and execute our social media strategy. It helped to identify and focus on our key customer base. We were also able to grow our network, connect to more businesses and increase our brand’s reach and awareness. The team was always available to help and support us with our challenges.
