3 months to help you amplify your growth & build a support network for your ongoing journey
Who is this programme for?
For impact founders who want to build a peer network with others to share best practices, learn new approaches, overcome challenges to take it to the next level. You’ll be an established with at least 1 year of revenues and have executive teams of at least 4 members. Founders must be living/operating in or benefiting Peterborough.


The offer
We’ll focus on the soft skills needed to lead and develop a business rather than technical skills required at the pre-seed stage. Join us for just 2 hours, once a week with other impact founders in facilitated peer conversations to compare and benchmark practices, share experiences, and help each other generate new ideas, along with directed topical sessions led by experts. Amplify your business through:

- 3 months of dedicated support to identify areas for improvement
- Expert led workshops from developing effective teams to leadership styles & driving sales
- Access to our incredible team of mentors to support your personal development in leadership
- 1-1 mentorship & coaching

Important stuff
- Applications are open, apply before 31 May 2022
- Programme is due to start June 2022
- Sessions will be delivered as much as possible from our Allia Future Business Centre, Peterborough with some online delivery and mentoring
- Cambridge applicants also considered
- This programme is fully funded, part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund

FAQs
Once you have completed the application form and we have reviewed your business, we’ll invite shortlisted candidates to an interview. Shortly after your interview, we’ll let you know whether your application has been successful.
There will be a session held at the same time and day each week, for 2 hours once a week. We hope this is easier to accommodate in busy diaries! The programme lasts for 3 months, so will be a time commitment of 28 hours in total.
