The offer

Our Grow Your Business programme focuses on helping you increase business growth and create employment for local people. By helping to create more opportunity and employment locally, we hope to encourage a thriving community. We’re transforming our Grow Your Business programme into a self-paced learning course, where you will access online content and 1-1 support as you complete sections of the programme. We provide specialist support and the tools to help your local business thrive and grow. If you want to grow your business, we provide expert support to fit around your busy schedule to help you achieve growth, gain more revenue and customers, and create employment.

We select businesses that are doing great things in their local area – and have a strong desire to grow, and (hopefully) create employment in the long run!
What you put in is what you get out. We aren’t able to Grow Your Business unless you apply the lessons learned in workshops and throughout our 1-1s. If you are seriously dedicated to achieving something, we will be there all the way with you to help you accelerate your growth.

You should expect to dedicate one ‘2 hour slots’ a week for the 3-month duration of the programme, as well as to be keen to do homework outside of this to scale up your business! The course time slots vary by location based on cohort availability but we intend workshops will be held on a Wednesday 10am-12pm. You also have the opportunity to attend optional clinics on occasional Thursdays from 10am-12pm where can come together with your cohort and the wider Allia Community to share ideas, collaborate with other founders and dedicate time to work on your own business.
