The offer
Our Grow Your Business programme focuses on helping you increase business growth and create employment for local people. By helping to create more opportunity and employment locally, we hope to encourage a thriving community. We’re transforming our Grow Your Business programme into a self-paced learning course, where you will access online content and 1-1 support as you complete sections of the programme. This programme will support your growth through:
- Self-paced, online content on topics from marketing & HR to sales & financing
- Access to coaching from our team and mentors*

- Completely free programme - no equity fees or charges
Who is this programme for?
For established small and medium businesses looking to increase revenue and gain more customers. Open to all types of businesses; you could be running a café, a local garage, a photography business, or you could be leading a social enterprise or a tech startup. The programme will benefit a diverse range of founders and entrepreneurs.
Founders must be living/operating in or benefiting East of England. Entrepreneurs in the rural areas of East England are especially invited to participate.

We provide specialist support and the tools to help your local business thrive and grow. If you want to grow your business, we provide expert support to fit around your busy schedule to help you achieve growth, gain more revenue and customers, and create employment.
Once you submit your application, your application will be reviewed by a member of the venture support team.
Upon successful application, you will be given access to create a username and password for the learning platform.
You will engage in online workshops and complete homework. Upon completion you will be offered coaching sessions with a business advisor.
No commitment required. This course is designed to fit around your schedule and offer full flexibility.
