“We’ve just completed Grow Your Business and am so pleased I signed up. The sessions were on a wide variety of topics, all essential to a small, but expanding business. The team were inspirational and getting access to their expertise was like gold dust. I was in a phase where I need to pivot – the programme came at a brilliant time and has massively clarified my thinking. I can’t recommend it enough!.”

We’re welcoming applications from social enterprises, charities and impact organisation from across Cambridgeshire, including: Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Ely, Wisbech, March, St. Neots and St. Ives.

Applicants must be living in, operating in or benefiting these areas.

We provide 3 months of specialist support and the tools to help your local business thrive and grow. If you want to grow your business, we provide expert support to fit around your busy schedule to help you achieve growth, gain more revenue and customers, and create employment.

We select businesses that are doing great things in their local area – and have a strong desire to grow, and (hopefully) create employment in the long run!
What you put in is what you get out. We aren’t able to Grow Your Business unless you apply the lessons learned in workshops and throughout our 1-1s. If you are seriously dedicated to achieving something, we will be there all the way with you to help you accelerate your growth.

You should expect to dedicate one ‘2 hour slots’ a week for the 3-month duration of the programme, as well as to be keen to do homework outside of this to scale up your business! The course time slots vary by location based on cohort availability but we intend workshops will be held on a Wednesday 10am-12pm. You also have the opportunity to attend optional clinics on occasional Thursdays from 10am-12pm where can come together with your cohort and the wider Allia Community to share ideas, collaborate with other founders and dedicate time to work on your own business.
