Who is this challenge for?

For 3 ambitious start-ups in the UK who share our passion to address the most pressing sustainability challenges, at a global or local level, through innovative and impactful solutions. We’ve run Accelerator Challenges with two different teams of expert partners to date, and hope to add more over time.

We’ll work with you over 6 months to identify skills gaps which can be filled by the experience and insights from the DIF and Allia teams. At the end of the programme, each participating enterprise will do a short presentation to the team in order to win up to £50k to contribute to identified business goals. We’ll help you set goals and track progress through:

BRAN Challenge

The Allia team will work with you over three Phases of the Accelerator Challenge. Participants will advance to successive Phases depending on the suitability of the venture’s idea, stage of growth and alignment with investor criteria. 

Phase 1: Venture Foundations – 4 workshops reviewing, challenging and iterating on your venture’s fundamentals and value proposition. 

Phase 2: Pitch Perfect – 3 workshops refining your pitch for investor presentation, due diligence and engagement. 

Phase 3: Demo Day – Ventures will present to collective of investors with BRAN Investments prepared to invest up to £100k as a result of the demo day.

BRAN Investments are dedicated to helping passionate people achieve real business success. BRAN are a family of four with 40 years’ experience in business and property: Beena, Ram, Ashish and Nisha Goyal. They are the people behind a leading care home and property investment group.

Once you have completed the application form and we have reviewed your business, we’ll invite shortlisted candidates to an interview. Shortly after your interview, we’ll let you know whether your application has been successful.
