Most recently at non-profit impact consultancy New Philanthropy Capital, where she led the organisation through key operational changes including financial management systems and process improvements.
Elena’s experience allows her to focus on both systems and behaviour change, getting to the nexus of people, process and culture – the three areas crucial for effective change management.
