We have a number of rooms available, with AV technology including smart 360° video conferencing, a range of catering packages and on-site parking. Bookings can be made by the hour with out-of-hours hire also available.

Our spacious, light filled conference room seats up to to 60 people and can be set up in a variety of styles to suit your needs and size of your event. Catering options and refreshments available from our on-site café.

Seating up to 15, available to hire from one hour to a full day. Catering options and refreshments available from our on-site café.

Cambridge Guildhall: Choose your room
We have five meeting rooms in the city centre, both for large meetings and 1-1’s. The exhibition space and historic courtroom are also available to hire for community events with a difference. These are easily accessible by bus, both from the station and surrounding areas of the city or by car, with car parks a two-minute walk away.
