This course will arm you with the knowledge you need to create email campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Email Marketing and the law – GDPR came into force in 2018 and it changed how we all handle data. We will cover grounds for processing and help you ensure that you have selected the right approach.
Planning your email campaigns – Who will you be sending to? What are your objectives? How will you be measuring success? These are just a few of the questions we will address. You will leave with a list of items to include in your next campaign plan.
Get your audience to open your email – Opening your email is the first step your recipients need to take in order to view your content. We cover the 4 factors that influence your recipients’ decision as to whether or not to open your email.
Get your audience to react to your email – Your recipient has opened your email (hurray!) now we need to get them to do something with it! This part of the course has several take away tips that you can put into practice straightaway. They won’t take you long to implement either!
Mobile-friendly emails – A large proportion of both businesses and consumers use their mobile device to check their email. You will learn how to make your email look great on a mobile and make it easy for your recipients to fulfil your call to action.
Evaluate your performance – Email Marketing is the most cost effective, fully measurable form of marketing there is. We will cover the statistics that are available and how you can use these to improve your future campaigns.
Review of your campaigns – If you are already sending campaigns, send us one and we will review it within the session. Not only will you get feedback from us, but from the room, this is a really useful part of the session and gives you some real feedback to work with.
