The challenge
Inspired by the impact my mother made on people’s lives through accounting, I wanted to follow in her footsteps so I became a Chartered Management Accountant, specialising in helping SMEs navigate the complexities of finances.
I found traditional practices weren’t always well-suited to my client’s needs, so I launched my business and developed a range of services tailored to each unique circumstance.
I wanted help developing a growth strategy that aligned with my long-term vision which included marketing to build a strong online presence and identify our market; technology to increase efficiency, accuracy and improve services; expanding our team and offerings; build partnerships to expand our client base and increase brand awareness; and funding to enable growth.
The result – how the programme helped
Since the programme, I’ve experienced an improvement in my overall business operations, leadership skills, and strategic planning abilities. I also gain insights into optimizing my marketing strategies and improving my financial management practices. Ultimately, the aim of the course was to help me to achieve growth and increase my profitability, so I can fulfil my potential and better serve my customers and clients.
I was also able to improve my marketing skills to reach new customers and retain existing customers, and through attending the Grow Your Business course I was able to meet other entrepreneurs and share ideas on how to develop our businesses.
