Camnexus is developing innovation and technology transfer capabilities to reduce the inequality gap between developing and developed countries.
What critical problem are you addressing?
We are addressing inequality, poverty and unsustainable development derived by digital divide and lack of scalable digital infrastructure, for a connected world with accessible, reliable internet and data for better decision-making processes.
How do you provide a solution to this problem?
We develop and integrate new communication and sensoring technologies that consume low energy, to allow long distance communication and connectivity. We provide a low power digital infrastructure based on an ‘end-to-end’ Internet of Things network, which allows larger access and affordable scalability of connected devices and real-time data.

What inspired you to start Camnexus?
After working for many years in Europe and USA, one of the main challenges we experienced was the adoption capability of these technologies, as they are not normally designed and developed for those developing regions. These inspired us to create a bridge that helps to promote local innovation capability.
We hope Future 20 will support us in our ambitious vision to address sustainable development, by connecting us with like-minded people, providing us with mentors and guidance in the critical stages of acceleration, and finally by helping us to grow our team’s capabilities and technology validation with access to key stakeholders or new opportunities
