As we tentatively emerge from the worst of the Covid crisis in the UK, it’s heartening to see our friends and tenants returning to our centre. Every business has had a really tough time and had to make difficult decisions – but we’re delighted that our community at the Centre has weathered the storm – and stayed with us!
Our centre is more than just office space
It’s a friendly business hub of people with a common goal of wanting to create a positive impact and help each other, so there is a real sense of community within our workspaces.
As well as remaining open throughout each lockdown, as we understand not everyone can work from home, we also introduced a part-time office package to support small businesses who don’t want to completely lose their team spirit and collaboration time through remote working.
Companies continue to grow here
During this time, we’ve also seen companies continue to grow here, such as long-term tenants taking larger offices, and co-workers expanding into their own private offices as their business continues to grow.
“When we were looking for space for our start-up, of all the places I looked at, the Future Business Centre was the obvious place, just walking in you can feel it’s an inspirational space.”

“The team has gradually returned to the Future Business Centre, as we trust the measures that have been put in place to keep things safe. As long-time tenants, we really like the friendly culture and the community – its more than just an office to us. It’s great to start getting back & seeing people again.”
