Allia’s East London centre is an ‘Office of the Future Awards’ finalist
Community Focus award recognises workspaces that focus on helping their community
We’re thrilled to be a finalist in the Hubble Office of the Future Awards, which recognises the most innovative and dynamic workspaces in London. The ‘Community Focus’ category showcases those workspaces that focus on helping their community, and Allia was chosen for its programme of free support for local businesses in and around Hackney, where its East London Future Business Centre is based.
The centre exists to support local businesses that want to grow and create employment in the area, as well as running a 9-month support programme exclusively for entrepreneurs and start-ups in East London. Since opening in June 2017, Allia’s East London Centre has supported over 200 ventures and created over 20 jobs in the local area.
While the winners of the Community Focus Award will be decided by a panel of judges next month, there is one award which is decided by the public. Allia has also been entered in the People’s Champion Award, which will be decided by a public vote (that’s you!) – the workspace with the most votes will win. So if we’ve helped your business grow, you’ve felt at home in our space, our work has inspired you, or you just think we deserve to win, please show your support by voting for Allia’s Future Business Centre in East London.
You can vote for us here!
Voting closes February 28th. The winners of the awards will be announced in March at the awards evening in London.
