State of the art audio visual technology
The conference room is fully equipped with a 3D HDMI screen, full audio facilities and wireless projection abilities. Free high speed internet access is available everywhere.
Our professional reception team are on hand to welcome your conference delegates and provide information and support services such as photocopying or printing.
Visitor parking is available with FREE charging points for electric vehicles.
Location & Sustainability
The building is a short distance from the city centre and has excellent connections, located near to the A14, Cambridge Science Park and Cambridge Business Park. The Guided Busway bus stop which travels directly into the city centre is adjacent to our building. Full directions are available here.
Our environmentally friendly event space is rated BREEAM Excellent, with a whole host of efficiency and sustainability built into every feature, from solar panels in the windows to the rainwater collection on our rooftop.
There are also 2 meeting rooms available for 8 and 10 people, with audio visual equipment, including wireless digital screens. Each room has conference call facility, coffee machines and jugs of cold water.
There are several informal break-out areas throughout the Centre, including the large open plan atrium, flooded with natural light, which is ideal for refreshments breaks. The roof terrace is also open in the warmer months.
Event Catering Packages
We offer flexible high quality catering packages from business breakfasts to a full working lunch buffet or evening canapes, with locally sourced options to suit your needs and budget. All food is prepared by our on-site cafe: The Box Cafe.
